2011 Fall Parade of Homes

We just completed the second week of the Fall Parade of Homes and we have been getting great responses from the community and builders. One of the homes that has received a lot of attention from visitors is the Home Built by Great Lakes Contractors on the beach in South Haven,  Michigan. In the first two weekends hundreds of visitors toured the one of kind home with a priceless view of lake Michigan.

The home is an award-winning design by Wayne Visbeen priced at $2.35 million with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Perched right on the beach like non other, the Lake Michigan waterfront property with private frontage boasts sweeping panoramic views of the pier and lighthouse as well as amazing sunset views. Furnished

with a coastal feel throughout, this beach house presents a beautiful kitchen with Viking appliances and offers quartz countertops throughout. The home is for sale! If you are interested in seeing this truly unique home come out and check it out during the last week of the parade, Friday, Oct. 21, 4-8 and Saturday, Oct. 22, 1-8. Tickets are available at the home 758 Monroe Blvd, South Haven, MI.
